Food and Drink

Wellington boasts a range of independent cafes, restaurants and pubs – from the newly opened Halfway House perched enroute to the summit of The Wrekin, to The Walnut Restaurant on Tan Bank to the Rowton ‘Brewery Tap’ the Pheasant on Market Street with its micro-brewery at the back. Foods of the  world are well represented with excellent curry restaurants and street food stalls popping up in the market.

There are a number of well-known supermarkets within the town as well as independent delis, wholesalers and top class butchers and a craft bakery.
