A big welcome to two new fantastic businesses joining the Wellington community.
Desi Delight Telford
Pardeep and his team at Desi Delight Telford, are now open on Market Street next to Cake Box. Desi Delight brings a wonderful selection of fresh Indian sweets and savoury snacks to the town, along with traditional drinks, all made with authentic flavour. Everything is also 100% vegetarian, with vegan options too, making it a unique addition to Wellington’s food scene. 
Nicol Studio
Also welcome to Jenade, the proud owner of NICOL Studio on Crown Street, which will be opening later in September. Nicol Studio will bring something truly unique to Wellington. At the front, visitors will find a range of artisan gifts, including Jenade’s own handcrafted jewellery alongside beautiful creations from other local makers. Towards the back, the space will host creative workshops where people can try their hand at jewellery-making and more. From silver workshops and bespoke gemstone designs, to permanent welded jewellery and fun courses for children, there’s something for everyone.
Jenade is also keen to collaborate with other local artists and community groups, and has plans for workshops in other crafts like candle-making and pottery. Everyone is invited to the Nicol Studio launch party on Saturday 27 September from 4-8pm, with fizz on arrival, for those who’d like to take a look around and find out more about this exciting new addition.
